Native Landscapes & Gardens is seeking a talented Landscape Designer / Architect to lead high-end residential landscape projects from initial client consultation through design approval and project handoff.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on relationship building, design leadership, and guiding homeowners through the full sales and design process.
You’ll work closely with clients to develop thoughtful, buildable outdoor environments that blend natural beauty, functionality, and ecological design principles.
This role is ideal for a motivated designer who wants strong lead flow, creative autonomy, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to grow within a high-end residential design-build studio.
