Native Landscapes & Gardens is looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help support our growing maintenance and landscape operations team.

Role Overview

This is a fast-paced role that combines scheduling, customer communication, team coordination, and office operations support. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited to help keep a growing service business running smoothly.

This position works closely with our operations and field teams and plays a key role in supporting both our clients and crews throughout the season.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and operations. The right candidate is proactive, dependable, highly organized, and enjoys helping teams stay coordinated and clients feel informed and cared for.

Experience in landscaping is helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates from:

  • construction
  • home services
  • property management
  • logistics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls, emails, and intake inquiries
  • Assist with new client intake and consultation scheduling
  • Coordinate daily scheduling and routing for assigned crews and service areas
  • Communicate schedule updates, delays, and service information with clients
  • Support field crews with scheduling adjustments, communication, and logistics
  • Help monitor and update work orders, schedules, and job information in company software
  • Coordinate internally with operations, account managers, and field leadership
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational organization
  • Help maintain clear and professional communication across teams
  • Support day-to-day office and operational needs as the company grows

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Comfortable managing many moving pieces simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proficient with computers, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, logistics, or service scheduling is preferred but not required
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000
