Native Landscapes & Gardens is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build and grow strong client relationships within our Landscape Design, Construction, and Maintenance division.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build and grow strong client relationships within our Landscape Design, Construction, and Maintenance division. Based in Chagrin Falls, OH, this role combines relationship management with sales strategy—ensuring client satisfaction while identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth. You’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly while also uncovering ways to enhance their properties through additional services, upgrades, and design enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for selling landscape design, construction, and maintenance services.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned residential customers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with company sales goals.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and communications from concept to completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess project progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, track metrics, and report on account performance.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and community functions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in landscape sales, estimation or project management
  • Strong understanding of landscape design, maintenance, and site analysis & native plants

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive Base D.O.E. + Commission
