Meet Jess, our Chief Operating Officer, whose childhood spent immersed in the wonders of nature laid the foundation of her passion-driven career. From exploring the woods to attending summer camps focused on native flora and fauna, Jess’s love for the outdoors runs deep–a sentiment that fuels her commitment to native landscaping and conservation.
With 13 years of experience in User Experience (UX) and a background in managing applications, products, and digital experiences, Jess brings a fresh perspective to the landscape industry. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and certifications in UX Design and Management, she blends her expertise seamlessly to enhance customer and employee experiences, setting our company apart in the competitive landscape.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jess finds solace in backpacking the Appalachians and the Smokies and dreaming of one day turning her property into a suburban mini-farm and food forest. As a devoted pet parent, Jess’s furry companions occasionally join her at the office,
adding an extra dose of joy to the workplace community. With a passion for improving how people experience their outdoor spaces and dedication to conservation, Jess embodies the spirit of our mission to foster beautiful connections with nature through native landscaping.
