Marc dreamed of protecting thousands of acres through large-scale funding and restoration projects. But he realized that by turning residential yards into wildlife habitats, he could make a bigger—and more tangible—impact on his local
community.
Armed with a degree in Environmental Studies, he built Native from the ground up, driven by a mission that’s twofold: to restore Ohio’s ecosystems, one property at a time, while reconnecting people with nature.
Marc believes that meaningful change doesn’t happen through abstract concepts or distant initiatives. It starts in your backyard, with landscaping decisions that you can make for your family and community.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Marc finds joy in table games, soccer, and spending quality time with loved ones—traveling to new places, discovering new trails with his girls, and cheering on his beloved Cleveland sports teams.
