Lawn conversion, custom pollinator seed mix, custom spring seed mix and native plant plugs
The goal was simple but meaningful: replace conventional lawn with a landscape that could provide beauty and habitat. The homeowners embraced a more dynamic approach where native plants, seasonal change and ecological value would become the defining characteristics of the property.
Rather than building the landscape entirely from individually installed plants, custom seed mixes and native plugs establish a larger prairie community. This approach allows different species to emerge and shift over time, creating a landscape designed to evolve rather than remain static.
Custom pollinator and spring seed mixes create layers of bloom, texture and habitat throughout the growing season. Native plugs add targeted diversity and help establish key species, turning what was once primarily lawn into a living landscape for insects, birds and other wildlife.

Transforming traditional lawns into living landscapes is at the heart of what we do. Designed with custom seed mixes and native plants, this prairie will continue to evolve over time—bringing seasonal beauty, movement and valuable habitat to the property.
